Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026 · (CONFIRM effective date on publish)
1. Agreement
By creating a workspace or using Grantledger (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you’re authorized to bind it.
2. The Service
Grantledger is an access-governance system of record with an offboarding-completion workflow and audit trail. It records access grants and revocations; actuation in external systems (where not yet supported by a live connector) is performed by the customer. Roadmap features are not guaranteed and may change.
3. Your data & responsibilities
You retain ownership of the data you put into the Service. Under the bring-your-own-database model, tenant employee data resides in your own database. You’re responsible for the lawful basis of the personal data you process and for maintaining your credentials and access controls.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the Service: no unlawful use, no attempts to breach security or another tenant’s isolation, no reverse-engineering except as permitted by law. Coordinated security disclosure is welcome (see Security).
5. Fees
Paid plans are billed per the Pricing page. (CONFIRM: billing cycle, taxes, renewal, and refund terms.)
6. Availability & support
(CONFIRM: any uptime commitment/SLA and support scope per tier before publishing.)
7. Warranties & liability
The Service is provided “as is” except as expressly stated. (CONFIRM: warranty disclaimers and limitation-of-liability language with counsel.)
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and export your data. We may suspend or terminate for material breach. (CONFIRM: notice periods and data-return/deletion terms.)
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
