Data protection & grievances

Raise a data-protection grievance with us

If you have a concern about how Grantledger handles your personal data, you can raise it here. We treat every grievance seriously and respond within a defined timeline.

Which grievance channel do you need? This page is for concerns about Grantledger itself as a data handler. If you are an employee of a company that uses Grantledger and want to raise a grievance with your employer, that is handled inside your employer’s Grantledger workspace — please contact your organisation’s administrator.

What happens next

Our response process

01
Acknowledge

We confirm we’ve received your grievance and log it, so nothing is lost.

02
Review

Our Grievance Officer investigates the concern and the data involved.

03
Respond

We respond with our findings and any action taken, within our stated timeline below.

Response timeline. We aim to respond to data-protection grievances within 30 days of receipt, consistent with the DPDP Act’s grievance-redressal expectations. (CONFIRM the exact committed SLA with counsel before publishing.)

Your rights

Alongside raising a grievance, you may have rights to access, correct, or erase your personal data. See how we support these on our Compliance page and in our Privacy Policy.

Not satisfied?

If you’re not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the relevant data-protection authority. (CONFIRM: name the correct supervisory authority — e.g. the Data Protection Board (DPDP) / your EU DPA (GDPR) — with counsel before publishing.)
